I chose a somewhat stylish square cutting board.
I thought it would fit perfectly on the bottom, but the corners made contact…
By rounding the corners more, it fit perfectly on the bottom.
I used a PVC perforated board on the top panel to secure the base.

I’m using these two items to secure everything. The mounting direction is held together with just cable ties and push rivets, which gives me flexibility for future adjustments.
It looks nice enough to display on a table like this.
Due to material constraints, I haven’t filled all of them yet, but I think I can fit about two more.
Basically, for tools you don’t use daily, you can store each one individually in a box to keep dust off.
You pull it outward. Otherwise, they’ll bump into each other.
You can store everything snugly like this.
With a 100V corded tool, you couldn’t do this…

Be careful not to overstuff it, or it’ll get too heavy.
Basically, organize in squares and make access easy.
When you organize like this,
daily life becomes more comfortable, and frustration from taking things out, putting them away, or searching for items drops dramatically.
