Even if I kept hitting it, it shouldn’t have come out.

Difficult delivery! The head came out but… still won’t budge even with hitting

To pull it out with hydraulics, I need a spacer. But there are limits to that too.
No matter how much I hit it, it won’t budge → I’ll do my best with hydraulics *Hydraulic stroke 12mm

BasicallyI make a spacer and can only pull out 12mm at a time.

But around 50-60mm, things changed completely.The hitting sound started working differently!

Hmm~ awesome. Well, I was able to extract it safely without damaging the frame.

The bad feeling continues… Will the bearing come out…

Hmm….I just have toclean, lubricate, and heatand work on it.
The worst case scenario when pulling out the needle roller is“only the outer shell remains”.
If that happens, I can only grind it away bit by bit with a rotary tool, which is super tedious.

I’ll use a BITOR&D chromoly shaft (repurposed)

The inside of the swingarm pivot is full of rust

Since I love power tools, I finished it up with a Makita(*´ω｀*)
If I did it by hand, it would take forever to remove the rust.

First comes setup, second comes setup.
This way I can press it in nice and smoothly.

I’m replacing all the parts around the pivot with new ones.
The Suzuki genuine chain slider has made a comeback! Get yours while you can~

The hose guide has arrived too, so I’ll replace it

The original is riveted, so the hose can’t be detached.
I used Suzuki genuine 61196-38G01 to improve workability.

With this, I don’t need to remove rivets every time I take off the swingarm.
The freedom when maintaining the rear caliper also increases.

Once you experience it, you won’t be scared next time(*´ω｀*)

I always keep what I make stored away.
