Can’t install it without removing everything… I wish the spacer was split
Bar end ~ grip ~ switch ~ lever holder need to be removed. The handlebar diameter spacer is “C-shaped”.
And then? It makes solid contact with the lever holder. If I shift it 10mm or more to the left, maybe I can make it work… I’m torn. Should I cut the contact area… I’m torn.
I prefer to keep things as simple as possible = I’ll proceed by process of elimination.

So I’m looking for a flanged bolt (M10-1.25) with a short neck. I cut M5-0.8 threads in the center and made it slightly lower profile. I also chamfered it so it sits flush.
Since it’s steel, I gave it a gun coat just to be safe.
Time passes… and it’s finally installed.
These parts aren’t just about being installed… Including removal and position adjustment, I want to install it as smoothly as possible… I think. Probably.

A modular unit? 5V converter maybe… The unit itself has very few places to mount. I sheared a SUS plate and MIG welded it to the air cleaner box. The main unit is fixed with dual lock, so it’s easy to remove.
