The Brembo RCS master and caliper overhaul have returned.
Lately, they include an “official overhaul certificate” with the package. Excellent! (*´ω｀*)
The parts arrived, and since it was 6 PM, I rushed to install them.
Vehicle: SUZUKI GSX1200 (Inazuma 1200)
Work Performed:
- Master Cylinder: Brembo 19RCSOverhaul
- Caliper: Full overhaul including disassembly, cleaning, seal replacement, and piston polishing.
Purpose: Refresh the aged brake feel and achieve circuit-level control performance.
Result: An ideal brake system is complete, with linear response from initial squeeze through full engagement.

Reliable Brembo Official Overhaul
It came back after about a month.
The calipers look brand new and I’m thrilled.
Brembo four-pad setup after a long time
The mounting method always looks a bit scary.
The concept of achieving this with minimal components is brilliant.
If the pin comes loose, it’s a one-way ticket to disaster, so I safety-wired it.
I’m in a hurry to test ride it in the morning (*´ω｀*)
Installation and fluid bleeding complete.
After checking for leaks under pressure, we’re ready for a test ride.
It was warm from the morning.
Surprisingly warm for January—even summer gloves felt a bit much.
I completed the usual test route and we’re done.
