Seeing the baffle in a detached state gets me 100% excited. The other day, the muffler I sent out for Cerakote coating came back, so I’m going to quickly get it installed.

I’m also replacing the exhaust pipe bolts with new ones. For areas where heat is applied and problems can occur, iron is more reliable.
If the bolt doesn’t slide in easily by hand, always tap it and clean it. For oil-cooled bikes, it’s good to have an M8 long tap on hand.
It’s so thick that it’s difficult to attach the exhaust pipe.
Installing painted parts is quite difficult for me. It’s truly a nerve-wracking experience.
I also re-wet blasted the muffler bracket. It becomes so much more beautiful compared to the previous one.
The other day, I tried synchronizing the carburetor using a vacuum pump on just the carburetor unit. As a confirmation, I installed it on the bike and rechecked, and it seems to be working fine.
Maintenance of the T-REV is important too sometimes.
The inside is designed so you can maintain it, so take it apart occasionally.
The plate warping and rubber wear aren’t too bad, so I’ll clean it and put it back. There’s one Phillips screw per location, so three total. It’s just a matter of wiping and cleaning, so check on it occasionally.
This bike has forced decompression, so maybe that’s why it didn’t get too dirty.
After that, we’ll do a test ride tomorrow or later to complete it (*´ω`*) Thank you for your patience.
