Lately it seems like we only have Inazuma 1200 and Z models—quite a biased lineup, I’d say. About half a year has passed since the move, and I’m starting to see things more clearly.
I get the sense that we can only comfortably handle around 10 bikes max at any given time. As for whether we should take on new customers, we’re still exploring that. Right now we’re already at full capacity, so please bear with us for a bit.
It came in on 10/17, and already two months have flown by. I sent the exhaust out for painting and was relieved when it came back, so let’s get it installed smoothly.

It came back beautifully refreshed with Cerakote. They paint with such meticulous care that I have absolute trust in them. Smooth Line
It’s rare these days to find a one-piece muffler, so installation was straightforward. I proceeded carefully with masking on all areas.
Since I made the tail pipe a slip-fit last time, the workability is excellent.
Suzuki should use stud bolts for the exhaust pipe too
Repeatedly removing and inserting bolts can damage the threads on the head side. Plus, thin flanges can bend easily, making it hard to tighten properly.
You don’t want it to loosen, but you also don’t want to bend the flange or damage the head threads. In those cases, using stud bolts with lock nuts solves everything.
Uotani/BST36/T-REV Installation Prep
Few screws, lots of parts. Most of the parts won’t be used, so I’ll keep them in a box.
I also removed the fuel pump this time. The Uotani unit mounts where the stock igniter was, so I’ll fabricate a bracket for it.
When swapping to the AS Uotani Full Power KIT, the igniter unit becomes Uotani’s, so limiter cut is no longer needed. Since there’s no need to install it at the same time, I’ll remove it.
Inazuma 1200 → GSF1200 Conversion
I’ll modify the air cleaner box based on the base plate I made earlier, keeping it on the bike. By enlarging this pitch/position/diameter, I can mount the GSF1200 joint. I’ll keep chipping away at this work in my spare time.
Thanks for your patience
