It’s been about two months since the bike came in on 9/25, so we’ve fallen a bit behind schedule. I can’t shake the feeling that work progresses slower and slower each year.
Anyway, the lift finally freed up, so we’ll be moving right along now!

So we’ll just go ahead and pull out what needs to be pulled out.
The left and right brake masters and brake calipers have gone off for overhaul (*´ω｀*)
We’ll be changing the layout of the step KIT.
Since the offset on the arm side alone is too much, we’ll balance it on both sides. For now, we’ve pulled the parts and put it on hold.
Electrical Peace of Mind Starts with the “Regulator”
If you’re using a lithium battery or similar, this is definitely a spot you want to check. Failure comes suddenly.
Wouldn’t it be nice if parts could announce “it’s about to fail soon~”?
The oil-cooled 1200cc regulator can be replaced while mounted on the bike *Except GSF1200
Be careful not to let the brushes fly off.
It’s just a matter of removing and reinstalling bolts—no tricks or secrets. The only hassle is removing the surrounding parts.
Always disconnect the battery terminal before working. To be continued.

Tire Replacement: Installed the new Bridgestone BATTLAX T33 on the rear wheel.
Electrical Maintenance: Replaced the Regulator/Rectifier with a genuine Suzuki part as a preventive measure.
Brake Maintenance: Overhauled the rear brake master cylinder and caliper. Note: The customer rode all the way from Mie Prefecture for this comprehensive maintenance!
